Streaming and reasoning effort

Visual states

While generating, Ruru's orb displays clear status indicators:

Thinking: Model is deliberating on complex logic or reasoning chains.
Reading: Model is parsing attachments or fetching connector data.
Streaming: Tokens are actively arriving into the orb.

Configuring reasoning effort

For reasoning-capable models (such as Claude 3.7 Sonnet or OpenAI o-series), you can tune the reasoning effort level in Settings (⌘ + ,) > Agents.
